Climb Up – Terms & Conditions


By purchasing any membership, day-pass, or service at Climb Up, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


1. General Terms

• These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Climb Up.

• Climb Up may update its rules, policies, or schedules at any time without prior notice.

• All members must follow posted guidelines, staff instructions, and safety rules at all times.

2. Safety & Personal Responsibility

• Bouldering involves inherent risks, including falls and injuries. You participate at your own risk.

• Follow all safety instructions, warm-up guidelines, and climb within your ability.

• Unsafe behavior (running, jumping from high walls, reckless climbing, rough play) is strictly prohibited.

• You are fully responsible for your physical condition and must notify us of any medical issues before climbing.

3. No Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable, including memberships, day passes, courses, rentals, and events.

• Refunds are not provided due to lack of use, travel, personal scheduling, or change of plans.

4. No Freeze / No Pause Policy

• We do not offer freezes, pauses, or extensions once a membership has started.

• The only exception is if Climb Up fully closes for operational reasons and chooses to provide extensions at its discretion.

5. Facility Access

Climb Up may temporarily close specific areas or the entire facility for route-setting, maintenance, competitions, private bookings, or other operational requirements. No compensation or extensions will be provided.

Members must stay clear of areas undergoing route-setting. Entering restricted areas is prohibited and done at your own risk.

• Unauthorized access to staff-only areas is prohibited.


6. Personal Items, Rentals & Parking

• You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.

• Climb Up is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items in or around the facility.

• Rental gear is used at your own risk. Any misuse resulting in damage must be compensated.

• Parking is at your own risk; Climb Up is not responsible for car damage, loss, or theft.

7. Behavior & Conduct

Your membership may be suspended or cancelled without refund if you:

• Harass, disturb, or endanger others

• Damage property or equipment

• Promote or sell products/services inside the gym

• Act aggressively or disrespectfully

• Attempt to enter using someone else’s membership

• Repeatedly violate safety rules

8. Media & Photography

• Climb Up may capture photos or videos for marketing or promotional use.

• Security camera footage is used only for safety purposes, not marketing.

9. Minors

• Minors may only use the facility according to current Climb Up policies.

• A parent or legal guardian is fully responsible for the minor’s behavior and safety.

• Children may not remain in the facility unsupervised.

10. Health Responsibility

By climbing at Climb Up, you confirm that:

• You are medically able to participate.

• You do not have health conditions that make climbing unsafe.

• You will stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or abnormal symptoms.

Climb Up is not liable for injuries resulting from personal health conditions or failure to disclose medical issues.


11. Liability Release

By using the facility, you release Climb Up from responsibility for:

• Injuries caused by falls, slips, or climbing activities

• Injuries caused by other climbers

• Injuries resulting from your decisions or equipment misuse

• Any property damage or loss

You climb entirely at your own risk.


12. Data & Communication

• By purchasing a membership, you agree to receive updates, announcements, promotions, and operational messages.

• Your personal information is kept confidential and shared only when required by law.

13. Contract Violations

Climb Up reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership without refund if you violate these terms or create safety risks.
